Jim Montalto - Co-Founder
Jim is a project guy. He's not happy unless he's got a few projects going. They might be building a shed or brainstorming software that changes peoples lives; doesn't matter....it's all good. Jim's pointy brain works a little differently; he calls it "bubbling". He lets the germ of an idea sit there for a few hours, days, or weeks and gradually something good will bubble up to the top. Once it's there, things start happening fast.
Jim is able to focus on projects without distraction. He attributes this talent to either of two early experiences.....standing in front of speaker towers at Grateful Dead concerts or growing up in the jet path of JFK airport.
After many years working as a financial advisor, Jim's best advice to all you pointy heads is to invest in yourself!
Jim loves working on the knocking. He says it is a cultural changing experience for sharing your mobile world. Knocking is just the beginning of many Pointy Heads innovations for mobile sharing.

Brian didn't become a dreamer, he was born one. His passion and vision pushes the cutting edge from design to digital innovations. From his early days Brian delighted in creating. Whether it was building a boat and a clubhouse from scraps of lumber at age 10, to traveling the globe on his entreprenurial evolution.
He has brought to life consumer products featured on the Today Show, the E! Channel, QVC and HGTV, and sold by major retailers like Brookstone, Sharper Image, Target, Costco, Neiman Marcus, Dillards, Hallmark, Dick's Sporting Goods, Golfsmith, Golf galaxy, PGA Tour Shops among many others.
From a modest beginning sitting in his basement office, aka the creative bunker, surrounded by his first patented product, the Timemug. Brian's incredible journey has now brought his passion, drive and creative fire to the launch of his greatest work, Knocking. Brian leads the design and development for Pointy Heads.
Lisa Cerbone-Montalto - Co-Founder
Lisa is a mom, an opera singer, a winemaker, a financial planner, a rower, drum major, gourmet cook and just about anything else that strikes her fancy. Her idea of fun is trying something new. She is the vision behind the Chicken Kazoo (and the voice of Henrietta Chicken) and is always smiling.
She drives an electric blue car and fills her tank with biofuel because she likes the way it smells. She's a Red Sox fan and has a hockey stick that was given to her by Derek Sanderson.
Lisa is a natural sharer, whether it's giving someone half her sandwich or the hours she spends standing in the cold ringing bells, or managing walks for charity. She is also one of the best resourcers that anyone has ever seen. She has a special talent for pulling people and ideas together. It's what made her a natural to help invent knocking.
