 The manufacturing of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures begins with the receipt of orders, tenders, or inquiries, followed by thorough coordination and a comprehensive contract review. We then engage in the design and detailing of the steel structure in accordance with the contract specifications. We prepare a Bill of Materials (BoM) and procure high-quality raw materials, which undergo rigorous inspection based on our approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Once the materials are validated, we proceed with cutting and drilling as per the provided drawings, followed by the fabrication of the structure, ensuring simultaneous inspection at every stage. After the final fitting of the various components, we conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure structural integrity. The structure is then subjected to copper slag blasting and painting, enhancing its durability and aesthetics. Before dispatch, a final inspection is carried out. Once approved, the structure is dispatched to the site, where our team manages the erection of the steel structure. Upon completion of the project, we conduct a thorough handover to the customer.
