1. Gachibowli to Shadnagar

Connect to Gachibowli within 45 minutes from Shadnagar, one of the premium and luxurious hubs of Hyderabad home to many multinational companies, entertainment, education, and healthcare facilities.

2. Shamshabad Exit-16

The proposed route of the ORR extension starts from Shamshabad Exit-16 and runs through the villages of Manchal, Peddamudium, and Shadnagar before joining the existing ORR at Tondupally village. The total length of the road is about 24 km. The proposed road has been designed as a 4-lane expressway. The four-lane highway road will be expanded into a six-lane highway with an estimated cost of Rs 14,000 crore by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) as a Super Information Road. The road has been designed for a speed of 120 Kmph.

3. Road, Rail, and Air Connectivity

Shadnagar has fantastic road, rail, and air connectivity. Road connectivity is fantastic due to the many National Highways and State Highways that pass through Shadnagar. Rail connectivity is also great with MMTS connectivity provision to extend it to Shadnagar. Air connectivity is also fantastic, with the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport being just an hour away.

4. Connectivity to NH-44

The National Highway 44 (NH 44) is a very important highway in India. It starts from Srinagar in the north and goes all the way down to Kanyakumari in the south. Shadnagar connects you to NH44 in just 45 minutes.

5. Shadnagar Infrastructure

Apart from the growing interest in Shadnagar, there are many projects that contribute to the development of the infrastructure and ambiance. A few include a reserve forest with 800 acres near Kammadanam, a proposal to shift the Zoo to 200 acres, Microsoft Data Centers planned at Mekhaguda, Chevella road (near Chendanavalli), and Ellicatta village (Parigi road) with 22, 52, and 41 acres respectively by 2025. Also, Amazon announced Data Center at Chendanavalli on 33 acres.

6. Balanagar Industries

Balanagar Industrial SEZ/Industrial Park on 1800 acres is a part of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority and offers employment opportunities for many.

7. Rajapur Pharmacy SEZ

Rajapur Pharma SEZ with 404 acres will be responsible for the development and commercialization of a new drug that is currently in the early stages of development. The new drug will be developed in collaboration with leading research institutes in India like Aurbindo Pharma, Hetero Labs, Pidilite industries, etc,. 8. ISRO – National Remote Sensing Station

ISRO – National Remote Sensing Station (NRSS) is a research center located at Shadnagar on 350 acres. The main purpose of the center is to develop remote sensing technology and applications for national development. It started with a modest beginning and has grown in stature to emerge as one of the leading stations of its kind in the world today. Almost from its inception, ISRO developed the capability to build and launch its own satellites.

9. Kothur- JP Dharga

10. RRR (Regional Ring Road)

HMDA proposed the regional ring road (RRR) master plan that has 6 lanes and is a 330-kilometer-long road cut through many villages in Shadnagar city. Regional Ring Road will significantly ease the flow of traffic within the city and connect different parts of the city that were previously unconnected. The project will also create new employment opportunities for the people of the city.

Shadnagar showcases and connects to many pilgrims and cultural resorts surrounding Hyderabad metropolitan network. A few include Samatha Murthy Chinnajiyar Ashramam, and Ramanuja Charya Statue, Artifacts like stone axes, grinding stones, and pottery dating back to the period have been discovered in several sites across the town.
