Railway Recruitment 2023, Sarkari Naukri: The online applications for South East Central Railway Recruitment 2023 have started. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website based on their qualifications and eligibility till 21 August 2023.
Good news for the youths who are looking for government jobs (Sakari Naukri) in the railway. South East Central Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell has issued a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilot, Technician and Junior Engineer posts for the bumper recruitment 2023. Through this recruitment campaign, more than 1000 vacant posts will be filled in the South East Central Railway. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the railway’s official website www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in.

Out of the total 1016 vacant posts, there are 820 posts of Assistant Loco Pilot, 132 posts of Technician and 64 posts of Junior Engineer.
Educational Qualification
Assistant Loco Pilot: The candidate should have passed the 10th examination from a recognized board with an ITI certificate or diploma in the relevant field.
Technician: The candidate should have an ITI certificate from a recognized institution in the relevant trade with 10th pass.
Junior Engineer: The candidate should have a three-year diploma in the basic stream from a recognized university/institution.
Age Limit
The age limit for recruitment to apprentice posts in the railway should be minimum 15 years and maximum 24 years as on 6 June 2023. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes will get a relaxation of up to five years in the upper age limit, while Other Backward Classes will get a relaxation of three years and persons with disabilities will get a relaxation of ten years.
Selection Process
The selection of eligible candidates will be done through a written examination. Candidates who pass the examination will be called for document verification.
