What does the scheme include? 

In the event that the worker perishes in an accident, the insurance plan offers Rs. 5 lakhs. He or she will receive Rs. 2.5 lakhs if an injury results in a temporary incapacity and Rs 5 lakh will be covered, if it’s permanent. 

In addition to this, it provides a set sum in the event of a natural death. Aam Aadmi Bima Yojana (AABY) and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) members who work as unorganized labor will receive Rs 75,000 and Rs 2,000, respectively.  For their partial disability, they can get up to 3,62,500 from this programme, Rs 2,25,000, Rs 100,000, and Rs 3,75,000 from the State Accident Death and Disability scheme, PMSBY and AABY, respectively. For AABY policyholders who pass away naturally, nominees or heirs of unorganized workers will receive 30,000.

Along with the insurance covers, Chandranna Bheema Yojana also includes scholarships. Up to two children of unorganized workers are eligible for a Rs 1200 annual scholarship to attend ninth, tenth, intermediate, or ITI classes.

Chandranna Bheema Yojana 2023 Features

Some of the key features of the  Chandranna Bheema Yojana are as follows:

• Information of all applicants will be stored by the Society for the Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) for enrollment and programme management. This will allow SERP to make better decisions and actions in regard to the unorganized sector. 

• Along with the state initiative Chandranna Bheema Yojana, all the applicants will get registered as the beneficiaries of the Social Security Act of 2008 too. 

• The Assistant Labor Officer will act as the registering authority in the Labor Department. This will help in organizing and regulation the unorganized sector. 

Chandranna Bheema Yojana Eligibility Criteria

• You need to have Andhra Pradesh residentship. 
• You need to be between 18 to 70 years and an unorganized sector worker

Chandranna Bheema Yojana Application Process

The Andhra Pradesh Chandranna Bheema Yojana 2023 is open to Andhra Pradesh residents, who can apply by following the steps below:-

1. Login : The first step includes logging in the official portal. For this you need to visit the official website of  Chandranna Bheema Yojana. On the homepage of the website, you need to login with your registered credentials. 
2. Form Fill up : Once you have entered your username and password and logged in, then the option of Chandranna Bheema Yojana 2023 application form will appear. In this form, you have to enter all the requested information.  
3. Document Upload: Along with the filled-out application form, you will need to submit some documents, such as a copy of your Aadhaar card, income, and any other relevant documents. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the nearest authorized center or government office. Ensure that you receive an acknowledgment of your submission.
4. Verification: Once you submit your application, there will be a verification process to crop check the application. They will verify the application and collate the claim application with all relevant information, such as the name of the nominee, ration card and account number, as well as other documents such as copies of the Aadhaar card.

After following all the steps, an insurance certificate and a policy number are generated, which are sent to the address written on the Aadhaar card, respectively, within 60 days.therefore, the following the above mentioned steps, the eligible candidate can apply under Andhra Pradesh Chandranna Bheema Yojana 2023.

Chandranna Bheema Yojana Death Claim Process

By going to the Andhra Pradesh Government’s official website, beneficiaries can claim their sum through Chandranna Bheema Yojana. Please follow the instructions below to submit a claim under this programme.

1. Filling the form: In order to claim the sum, the applicant’s family needs to inform the designated authorities. After you have informed the responsible authorities, the claim process starts and you need to fill the claim form. 

2. Document Submission: Just like the application process to process the death claim, the applicant’s family must submit relevant documents. These documents include the death certificate, policy details, claim form, and any other documents.

3. Verification:Just like the application process, the submitted documents will undergo a verification process. It is to ensure their authenticity and accuracy.

4. Claim Processing: Once the verification is complete, the claim will be processed, and the eligible beneficiaries will receive the financial assistance as per the terms of the scheme.

Chandranna Bheema Yojana Tracking Claim Status

The Andhra Pradesh Government values transparency and its accountability to the society. Hence, for this purpose all the applicants or their beneficiaries of Chandranna Bheema Yojana can track the status of their claims. There are two ways through which the beneficiaries can track their Chandranna Bheema Yojana claim:
