The primary target group, for the new scheme of ARHCS, is Migrants, Urban poor in the service industry, industrial sector, associations, institutions etc. The authorities are planning to use Existing Housing Stock (JNNURM/RAY) to provide the Housing Complexes and Private/Public Agencies will build up new houses.

Ø Alerting beneficiaries via SMS regarding the status of their application
