Initital Responsibilities:
Ø Building and maintaining relations
Ø Liaising with existing customers for relationship building
Ø Follow-up for rotations and instalment deposition
Ø Rotation & Recovery
Ø Working towards achieving benchmark on rotation & recovery
Ø Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) submission
Ø Call Memo Submission
Ø LAD Collection and Submission
Ø Housekeeping
Ø Ensuring focus on generating KGC business
Ø Achieving targets/benchmarks for productivity
Ø Increase KGC business penetration in new and existing villages
Ø Cross sell
Ø Liability accounts opening as per the target/benchmark
Ø Cross selling asset as per guideline by Relationship Manager from time to time
Ø Promoting several digital platforms like Mobile Banking, Insta Alert, NetBanking, PayZapp, Smart Boy etc
Additional Responsibilities:
Any additional task assigned by seniors from time to time
Preferred Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree
Required Work Experience:
- Industry: BFSI/Agri input/FPO
- Role: Sales Executive
- Years of experience: 1-2 Years
Required Competencies:
- Basic understanding of Banking Processes and Products
- Good Team spirit
- Team / Time Management
- Proficiency in local language
- Proactive & focused approach
Required Knowledge:
Ø 1-2 years’ experience in Agri input companies/Financial Services/PFO is preferred
Ø Should have basic knowledge of crops/agriculture
Required Skills:
- Selling & Persuasion Skills

- Reporting Designation: RM- Retail Agri
