Keralotsavam 2023
The Keralotsavam event is organized annually by the Kerala State Youth Welfare Board. Many young enthusiasts participate in art competitions and games under numerous categories. The event is a big draw for people living in other states of the country and also foreigners. It is also a call to the Malayalis living aboard to come back home.
For the young talents, it is a big opportunity to exhibit their skills. People from both urban and rural areas participate in the event. It is open to all competitive winners in Kerala. Interested candidates can register their names for Keralotsavam 2023 at all State levels. The event is organized at different levels throughout the state. Keralotsavam 2023: What is it?
Keralotsavam is a state-level event where young, skilled people participate in different events to showcase their talents. The competition is held at various levels, from the Grmme Panchayat to the State level. The event is organized by Kerala State Youth Welfare Board in collaboration with the local self-government organizations.
There are three different categories of primary-level competitions: Gramme Panchayat, Municipal Corporation and Corporation. The respective local self-government authorities are assigned with the responsibilities of organizing the Kerala festival at three levels.
Block-level competitions are open to the winners in Gramme Panchayat competitions. A total of 48 sports events and 66 arts events will be held in Keralotsavam 2023. Winners at the block-level competitions will qualify for the district-level competition. Winners at the corporation and municipal levels will be eligible for district-level competition.

Keralotsavam 2023: Key Dates
Keralotsavam 2023 will be organized at different levels throughout the state. Registration has already started from October 1. The deadline for name registration is November 30. The Panchayat-level festival was held from October 1 to October 15. Festivals at the Block Panchyat level, Corporation and Municipal Corporation level will commence from October 16 and go on till October 31.
The District Panchayat level of Keralotsavam 2023 will run from November 1 to November 15. The state-wide Keralotsavam 23 will be organized from November 16 to November 30

Keralotsavam 2023: Objectives
Keralotsavam 2023 is organized by the Kerala State Youth Welfare Board for the residents of Kerala. Under the sponsorship of the Kerala state government, the festival is organized to give young people a golden opportunity to show their athletic, cultural and creative skills and instil a sense of collaboration, coexistence and fraternity into them.

Keralotsavam 2023: Awards and Certification
Keralotsavam 2023 is held under the direction of the State Youth Welfare Board, with cooperation from the local self-government organizations and several agencies. It is a big cultural competition as well as a melting pot for young participants. Audience of all ages attend the event.
State-level winners, who emerged from this cultural competition cum festival, have got huge success in the National Youth Festival contests. Certificates and cash prizes will be distributed among the clubs that exhibit great performance in terms of better organization of the event and securing involvement of the best talents. Efficiency and punctuality in managing the event from micro to macro level will be recognized through cash awards and certificates.

Ø Click on the Register tab.
Ø A new page will appear on your screen. On this page you will find two options – Participant and Club.
Ø Click on the Participant option.
Ø The registration form will appear on your screen.
Ø Fill in the form by providing all the required details including your name, date of birth, gender, ID proof, enrolment details, contact details etc.
Ø Next, click on the Submit button. Your registration process is complete now.
