Air Suvidha Form: Important Things to Know
Ø Initially, every traveller flying for India was required to have a negative RT PCR test result.
Ø If the country, where you are coming from, is not found on the airport’s list, producing a negative COVID-19 report is mandatory. People, who have already received COVID vaccines, are allowed to visit 21 of the countries mentioned on the MoHFW’s list. Travellers, in such cases, are obliged to show their vaccination certificates, along with the dates of the last vaccination and the negative COVID result received using RT-PC 72 hours before departure.
Ø Any passenger travelling to India must fill out this form before leaving the airport. The form must be filled out before his/her departure.
Ø The assigned seat number and flight details need to be mentioned. Those, who are yet to check in, are required to write “00”next to their assigned seat number in the flight. Before you board the flight, you are obliged to change the SDF and give the correct seat number, as mentioned on the official website. It is mandatory and must be done to discover contacts.
Ø No file should be more than 1 MB. The website has made it clear that the passengers can download any free app available for both Android and iOS to reduce the file size. Air Suvidha Form: Required Documents
Ø A PDF document that includes scanned copies of the first as well as the final pages of your passport.
Ø If you are already vaccinated, you are required to submit a PDF of your COVID Vaccination Card. In case, you have not completed vaccinations, you must carry the result of an RT-PCR test conducted within 72 hours of boarding the flight.
Air Suvidha Form: How to Fill It Out Online
To fill out Air Suvidha Form online, you need to follow the instructions mentioned below:
Ø You have to visit Air Suvidha’s official website. This is the official website of the Delhi Airport.
Ø You will find a cluster of options at the top right of the screen. These are for Air Suvidha.
Ø Click on it and then click on Fill Self Declaration Form.
Ø A new page will appear on your screen. It is actually the Air Suvidha Form.
Ø Enter all the required details in the provided spaces on the form.
Ø You need to enter your name, DOB, gender, flight number arriving in India, seat number, nationality, PNR number, date of arrival, country of departure, and if you have completed your vaccination. Based on your vaccination status, click Yes or No button and then, upload your vaccine certificate and also provide the date of your last dose.
Ø Next, upload the COVID report test of RT-PCR taken 2 hours before boarding the flight, along with its state. Next, click on the “Upload File” button.
Ø You need to provide where you are from and where you will be visiting.
Ø You should assess if you experience any COVID symptoms, such as, cough, fever or trouble breathing.
Ø In case of a long-term illness, click on the “Details” button.
Ø Next, you need to provide information about the country you have visited in the last 14 days and select it from the drop-down menu.
Ø Next, you have to agree to all the rules and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Air Suvidha Form: How to Check Your Flight Status
Ø To check your application status, you need to visit the official website.
Ø Choose the option of Air Suvidha and you will find the option of Check the Flight Status on the screen.
Ø A new page will appear on the screen. This page will have a title “Track Your Self-Reporting Application”.
Ø Enter the requested number, date of birth and passport number.
Ø A new page will appear on your screen. You can now see your flight status.
Air Suvidha Self Declaration Form
Ø First visit the official web portal of Air Suvidha.
Ø The HOME page will appear on your screen. Click on the option of their suvidha. A drop-down menu will be visible. Delete the option of edit self-declaration form.
Ø Click on it and a new page will open on your screen.
Ø Submit all the details and click on Submit button.
Ø This way, you will be able to edit the form you have submitted.
