The interested beneficiaries of Madhya Pradesh, who want to get the benefits of this scheme, will have to apply online under the scheme. A total number of 11.57 lakh farmers were registered free of cost for MSP through e-procurement in the last 5 years, out of which 2415.62 lakh M T grains were received from 64.35 lakh farmers, for which, 69111 crores were paid.
Under MP Bhavantar Bhugtan Scheme 2023, the benefits will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. Hence, the applicant must have his/her own bank account and the bank account must be linked to his/her Aadhaar card

Crops included in Bhavantar Bhugtan scheme among kharif crops: maize, soybean, groundnut, ramtil, sesame, jowar and bajra
Bhavantar Bhugtan scheme has now been introduced in the state for 13 crops including cotton, wheat, moong, urad, toor dal, rice, bajra, jahwar, soybean, groundnut, sesame, ramtil and maize

Ø The benefits of this scheme will be provided to the farmers of Madhya Pradesh.
Ø Under the scheme, the state will deposit the difference between the selling price (in the mandis) and the remunerative price in the farmers’ bank accounts. As a result, farmers will not have to suffer any kind of financial loss.
Ø Farmers of Madhya Pradesh will be able to sow crops easily in the next season by getting financial help from the state government. It will increase the incomer of farmers.

Ø The applicant must be a farmer.
Ø The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
Ø Under the scheme, the applicant must have complete ID or Aadhar card to apply for the scheme.

If the interested beneficiaries of the state want to apply online to avail benefits under the scheme, they should follow the method given below.
Ø First, applicants must visit the official website of e-procurement.
Ø The HOME page will appear in front of you.
Ø Locate the option Kharif 2023 on the home page. Click on the option.
Ø A new page will appear on your screen.
Ø On this page, you will see an option of farmer registration application for Kharif Procurement year 2023. You need to click on this option.
Ø Another page will open on your screen. On this page, you need to choose the type of registration and provide all the information asked for, such as, Aadhar Number captcha code. After you are done, click on ‘Register’ button.
Ø After clicking on the option, the registration form will open on the screen. You have to fill out the form with the details asked for.
Ø After that, you will have to click on ‘Submit’ button.
