What are the types and prices of flats available under the scheme?

The DDA Housing Scheme 2023 offers flats in four categories: Higher Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS). The EWS flats are available in Narela Pocket A-1 and A-4 only. These flats have a carpet area of 18 to 20 square meters and a balcony area of 4 to 5 square meters. They have one bedroom, a drawing-cum-dining room, a kitchen and a toilet. The cost of these flats is Rs. 10.4 lakh.

Under the scheme, there are also some other types of flats available in different locations:

What are the eligibility criteria and application process for the scheme?

To apply for the DDA Housing Scheme 2023, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be an Indian citizen and at least 18 years old as on December 10, 2022.
  • You must not own any residential flat or plot in Delhi, either in your own name or in the name of your spouse or dependent children.
  • You must have a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.
  • You must have an active bank account with net banking facility.
