The EL AL Airlines Washington Office is a great resource. The staff there was really welcoming and answered my questions regarding traveling with children. All the answers I needed were provided, and they assisted me in scheduling further services for my children. They even grinned and laughed with my children, which delighted them. Such customer service is, in my opinion, uncommon these days. I sincerely appreciate the time they invested in assisting us. EL AL is fortunate to have a club of this caliber.
