At Lufthansa Airlines LHR Terminal stands out as a result of very friendly staff and fast processes in making check-in procedures. The new design of the terminal is pleasing and very easy to orient using readable signs. In the lounge there are free drinks served in a very relaxing atmosphere. In general travelers going from Heathrow prefer Lufthansa as one of their top choices because of comfortable cabin and good services. It is highly recommended.
