Norwegian Air Shuttle JFK Terminal

John F. Kennedy International Airport’s Terminal 1 is home to the Norwegian Air Shuttle JFK Terminal . Check-in desks, duty-free shops, a number of international airlines, and restaurants such Café Habana and Bobby Van’s Steakhouse are all located at Terminal 1. Free Wi-Fi, charging stations, and the Air France/KLM Lounge are available to passengers who qualify. Usually departing from gates 4–8, Norwegian Airlines offers a convenient and effective travel experience.

If you are flying with Norwegian Air Shuttle from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), you will be departing from Terminal 1, which is reserved for international flights. International airlines with joint ventures in Terminal 1 include Japan Airlines, Lufthansa, and Air France. Terminal 1 is well known for its efficiency and wide range of passenger amenities, even though it is smaller than other more modern JFK terminals.

When flying with Norwegian, it is recommended to check in online via the Norwegian website or mobile app to avoid wasting time at the airport. Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure. For travelers who have checked their bags or who need assistance, Norwegian check-in counters are located near the entrance to Terminal 1.

After checking in, you will undergo security screening. It is an international terminal, therefore you will also need to go through passport control. Although they can vary in length, lines at Terminal 1 are frequently shorter than those at the larger JFK facilities. For accelerated screening, you might choose to enroll in TSA PreCheck or Global Entry if you travel regularly.

In Terminal 1, travelers can choose from a variety of culinary options prior to departure. Depending on whether you want a fast snack or a leisurely lunch, there are several possibilities. While Bobby Van’s Steakhouse provides a sit-down experience, Café Habana serves Mexican and Cuban-inspired food. There are also plenty of cafés and fast-food outlets to pick from.

For those who want to shop, duty-free stores in Terminal 1 provide a range of luxury goods, cosmetics, technology, and travel necessities.

Flights operated by Norwegian Air Shuttle depart from Terminal 1 via Gates 4–8. The terminal offers free Wi-Fi and charging stations to let you stay connected or recharge your devices. The Air France/KLM Lounge offers passengers who are flying in first class or who have lounge access a more peaceful environment in which to relax.

Before their trip, passengers flying with Norwegian Air Shuttle may enjoy a convenient, luxurious, and easy-to-use experience at JFK’s Terminal 1.
