The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has shared details about offering apartments in New Delhi and Noida. This plan started on June 30, 2022, and it’s creating significant opportunities for plots.

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2023: Get Ready for New Plots in Greater Noida

YEIDA is set to launch a residential property project, offering 477 plots in Greater Noida sectors 16, 17A, 18, 20, and 22D. These plots range from 60 to 2000 square meters.

You can apply online from September 7 to October 7, and we’ll choose plot allocations through a draw on November 18.

To apply, applicants must deposit 10% of the plot’s total cost on the Authority’s website, with various payment options available.

Preference will be given to those making a single payment. Next in line are those who pay in 50:50 instalments, and lastly, those who choose the 30:70 payment plan.

• Legal Capacity: Applicants must have the legal capacity to contract, possess a clear legal status, and not be prohibited from engaging in business by relevant laws.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Limited Eligibility: Only the applicant, their spouse, and dependent children are eligible to apply for a plot or apartment.
