There are many misconceptions regarding yoga, for instance, that it is related to particular asanas or posture, but in reality, it is more than that!

Firstly, it is very effective in controlling your emotions and anger. therefore if one wants to instill more patience then yoga is the key.

Thirdly, it is a healer. there is always something in life which makes a person wounded from inside. Again the medicine you can take is to perform yoga or meditate.
Last but not least, it not only improves the quality of the daily tasks but makes it more interesting. A person does it more enthusiastically and with full mindfulness.
With increasing awareness about yoga, it is quite clear, that folks are more inclined toward yoga nowadays. but on the other hand, yoga somewhere is losing its quality and richness. One can see, that every person comes with his theory regarding yoga which also makes it a more complex process whereas it is not so.
In simple words, all you have to do is to include a satvic diet, practice meditation, and do some asanas in the morning or evening.
